Default Voltage Problem?

I recently got my 98 WS6 car up and running with some light damage. I took it out for a haul to see how everything checked out. The car pulls hard and everything is good but I noticed on the scan gauge that the battery voltage started out at 14.4 Volts then while cruising around the voltage dropped to 13.6 Volts. What kind of voltage are you guys seeing? The reason I ask is because the previous owner mentioned something about the car throwing (2) o2 Codes from time to time. He changed the o2's and I only saw the 131 and 151 code once since I last took it out.

I was beginning to think the o2 codes being thrown might have had something to do with the low voltage. But it hasn't thrown the o2 codes in 2 weeks so I guess it's all good.

anything over 13 volts means that your alternator is charging the battery just fine. only time you should worry is when it starts to dip to the left side of vertical or if it drops consideribly when the lights, blinkers or radio are on.
then i would have it looked at

Yeah everything checks out like no dim lights or anything like that. I'll tell you one thing though...that Aero Force Scan Gauge is a really nice piece.
