Default Coolant on belt = MAJOR Squeak!!

Once you get coolant on the belt do you just have to replace it to make the insane squeak go away? Spray water on it and it goes away for about 30 seconds then it's back for round 2, just a little more fierce.

yea, take it off and go get some gear oil apply gear oil to the belt by hand and it will take the squeal right out of it.

Baby powder I guarantee it wont squeak again.. DO NOT use belt dressing unless you want it to squeak even louder.
