Firehawk Hey guys. There is a Firehawk forsale by my house. What year were those made from. im guessing its a 2000. anyways, they want 16gs. it has 40,000 miles on it. is this a good price? any faults i should check for? im sure its been raced. how reliable is the LS1? My g/fs mom has a v6firebird and the first week she had it, the gas pedal fell off! if i buy this car, can some1 point me in the direction of a good exaust. i want the phucker to sound mean as hell. thanks!
Re: Firehawk if well taken care of Ls1 are good vehicles. the price seems a little high but since the milage isnt bad i might consider it. Take it to a shop to get it checked out. as far as exhaust goes it depends on how much you want to spend. If you want loud for cheap i would go with loudmouth. or get an electric cutout. Or you can take the expensive route and go get a borla with block plates or even a true dual system.
Re: Firehawk LS1 Firehawks were made from 1999 through 2002. The price doesn't sound bad. If you're unaware, the Firehawk already comes with one of the best flowing catbacks out there, the SLP Dual/Dual. It's a bit quiet stock, but it sounds awesome with ong tube headers and an offroad y-pipe!

Re: Firehawk The hood alone is probably worth a grand or two over a standard WS6, Trans Am, or Formula. I know I would love to have one. I'm biased as I don't care for the firehawk graphics but like the hood. And some of the spolier opitions or option? is sweet as well. Like that long 3rd tailight.
