Headlight wiring problem?

Headlight wiring problem? For some reason my headlight bulbs are lighting up really weird!! 
For instance I turn my lights on (both out lights are on as they should be) But when I flick the switch for brights the drivers side dies right out or sometimes only the low beam will work..... but sometimes they will all 4 be on at once and be fine.
I have no idea why it is being like this..... I have tried unplugging them and replugging em all back in.... but it doesn't seem to fix it!
Are there ANY ideas as to what is going on? A relay or something going bad?
Its really starting to **** me off!!!

definatly check your relays bud but it could also be your actual switch causing a short. i am not an electrical guru(i actually hate messing with it) but try checking those but also look for any shorts in the wires where it could be rubbing against metal.

HAhahahaha..... no offence taken!!! I did it as a joke.... then forgot about it!! After all it is a CAR site!
I'll change it to something more suting for the forum

hey bud its all good anyway i dont think it is your bulbs cause you said that at times all 4 work at once so if it was a bulb then this couldnt happen. it is either a short in your wiring or your relay or switch is going out, i am thinking it is your switch(the dimmer switch in the coulmn) i had a car that did this before it was a nissan but still the same problem if i jiggled the switch i could get the high and low beams on at once or it would cause one headlight to stay out and the other on or it would work fine at times.
change your dimmer switch bud then im pretty sure all will be good.

I just tested it again... and when I turned on my dims.... all 4 were on, but the brights were very dim......
I have no idea which relay it is I should check either.
Don't know why..... it just doesn't seem like it would be a dimmer switch.
If it just so happens to be a dimmer switch, where can I get one and about how much would it be?

that i dont know bud i figure that a parts store should carry it i know they have the relays. try the relay first(since they are the cheapest of the 2) and if it doesnt change then its your dimmer switch.
