00 WS6 value?

00 WS6 value? I am looking at possibly purchasing a 2000 Trans Am ws6, m6 w/ about 126k miles. The car seems to run very strong and well. The interior is in okay condition, not great but not too bad. The exterior though is a different story. It is pretty scratched up and the paint is pretty hazy/dull on the rear quarters. Also the sail panel has been repainted but not very well. I would give the pain/body probably a 6. The modifications are as follows:
slp lid, k&n, pro kit, spec 3 clutch, adj. master cylinder, ws6 short stick, longtubes, ory, slp lm, aftermarket head unit, and ttII's.
I know without seeing the vehicle you really can't tell but how much would you pay if you were looking for something like this and saw it for sale?

How much is he asking? If he is asking like 8k for it your not gonna get him down to 5. Tell us how much the person is asking and most people will tell you if it's a good deal or not. If no price, I would offer 6. This car sounds like it wasn't taken care of very well.
