Foto shopped for sure. Look at the lt rear facia/qtr panel area.. It's pushed in, not blown out, as it would be, if the bottle exploded inside the vehicle...

That's where the sheet metal buckled from the whole panel being pushed apart from the inside. As it was spreading apart (look closely at the pics again) the forces met the stronger section where the rear quarter meets the sail panel and door post so it stopped spreading at that point and buckled in as the rear fender continued to open up. A flat sheet of metal will fold easy, but put a radius on it and it will be stronger up to the point it buckles.
