Default First time spraying today! Some quick questions

I sprayed my car for the first time today. I was orig planning on waiting until spring but since my FAST needs to be fixed and i had to use an LS6 manifold for the last track day, i was able to use my plate kit (without waiting for the 90mm plate). Long story short, with only enough spray for 3 runs (no heater, no gauge ) and timing at 20 degrees, my best was a 11.58 @ 125 mph with a 2.0 60 foot. I am going all out in the spring and doing it right. What do you guys run for timing? I am spraying a 100 shot on a 2000 TA M6 stock bottom end, 231/237 112lsa cam (.595/.605) full exhaust, lid and FAST90/90 (as soon as i get a new lower portion). Also, i have my window switch set at 3100 rmp - 6200 rpm. What do you guys run? just looking for some ideas and experiences. I want it to be a strong runner, while still being safe as possible. Thanks.
