Set the window for 3200on, and 5900 off, set limiter, to 6000, possibly 6100
as for shifting it,
its an auto leave it in drive, your better off.

Different car and set-up (LT1), but my limiter is at 6900. Even though the way the limiters work between a LT and a LS are different, do you really want it that close to the shift points on nitrous? Just curious.

+1....shift point and rev limiter will depend on the power curve

Just make sure you set your nitrous off point before the rev limiter.
