lol, if they come in a 325 you'll be good to go...haha

I got my wife (the girlfriend) and her friend on that a long time ago. It was raining one day we were gonna go to the track. They said we can't go now, I said yeah they are gonna put some aqua tread down and we can race in the rain..haha. They believed that for a little while, I only let them tell a few people........haha

Baked,
Congrates. You have the car flying. I may have over looked it but what does your nitrous set up consist of and how much are you spraying?

The DP is jetted for 250 and the plate is jetted for around 135. With the current tune up we are getting about 220 to the wheels with the DP and less than 100 with the plate. I was spraying the DP off the line and about 40-50 feet out I was bringing in the DP...Well, that was supposed to be how it went but the little wheel stand distracted me and I forgot to hit the plate until I was 1-200 feet down the track! Next time I know what to expect and I'll hit the second stage while it is still up in the air if I have to.

With the weight I added to the rear of the car it is somewhere around #3250 race weight.

The car makes 435rwhp and 367rwtq on motor. Not bad for going through a stalled auto and a 9" IMO

Here is a couple of pics...

Thanks for the compliments, if anyone has any more questions feel free to ask.

I was thinking your car would probably be quite a bit lighter. This is much more impressive at that weight.

The car weighed 3239 with me in it and a FULL tank of gas. At the track I had 1/4 tank of gas but I added 60lbs on the pass. side rear and 30lbs to the drivers rear so that's a rough estimate, it may be a little heavier than 3250. Oh yea, when I weighed the car I had two empty bottles in it and at the track I had two full ones so you have to add that in too.

With that grille your car looks like a cross eyed kid running full blast down the hallway. Great runs man!

Thanks..... I guess.

BTW the car had a turbo setup on it before I bought it and they cut out the front of the nose. Instead of buying another nose for it I made that grille at work one day (I was inspired by Hannibal the cannibal on Silence of the lambs) . You'd be surprised at how many people like it. Sometimes I look at and love it and sometimes I don't like it at all. Oh well, I wasn't trying to build a show car, I am trying to build a fast car so it will probably stay on there for a while.

Hell, if we lined up the only time I would see the front of your car in my rear view is if you gave me 10 car lengths and the jump. And then to see the crosseyed hannibal monster coming after me. Wow that would be scary.

We decided to wait and install the new pieces first. It may take a few more weeks or so. I guess we are gonna take the car down south a little ways to a track that runs all year. Don't worry, we'll take a camera with us.
