How much ?

I am building a 408 forged internals for nirous. My question is how much can i spray ? I am using a cast iron block. . This car will be driven 3to 4 days a week and at the track every sat for TNT . THe car is allso a m6

You will need to speak to the piston manufacturer and the engine builder to determine the limits of your motor.

It will depend on piston material, location of the ring lands, ring gaps etc. All things we won't know.
