Wet is when the nitrous and fuel mix at the nozzle or plate. Basicaly, 1 Fuel Noid and 1 Nitrous Noid.

Dry is when its just nitrous, no fuel from a seperate system. Basicaly, 1 Nitrous noid.

Both have ther pro/cons and it all comes down to preference when choosing.
