Got a question.
When wiring up your nitrous system why do kits come with a relay? i've wired my up before with out one? Now im just talking about a basic kit, no fpss, window switch or anything like that

Its because the solenoids have a high amp draw. Most switches (toggle and wot) aren't rated for the higher amp draws required to open the solenoids. This allows you to use a low current to activate the kit which has the relay pass the direct battery connection to the solenoids. Trust me, things get hot quickly and make sure you use a properly rated relay.
