dry system for c5 a4 vette Hello, I have a stock ls1 with long tube headers,xpipe and catback exhaust, predator tune a4. stock converter and gears 2.73. What do I need to buy to shoot a safe 100 dry shot. Please list everything I need to make this safe. I dont plan on spraying all the time, just when the need arises. Which kit? Injector size? retuning? Any advice by resident experts appreciated. edram.
Go with a HSW dry plate kit with the Interface and then purchase a HSW Micro Edge and you should be just about covered. HSW also make a completion kit with the Micro Edge to give you everything you need.
If you're wanting to use the kit and don't have much notice you may want to consider a NANO system so the pressure is always where it needs to be and ready to go.

I got Delphi 42 # injectors from HSW for my dry. Went from 106% Injector duty cycle to about 65% with a small dry shot. Injectors will need to be scaled correctly in your tune.
Nozzle position to spray over the MAF wires is critical for correct AFR (not so if your get the Interface from HSW).
Plate system has the advantage of not putting nozzle hole(s) in your Vararam, but is more expensive.
Heater or NANO for consistancy (if track bound).

dry system for c5 a4 vette I want to thank Nick at HSW and everybody else who gave me valuable information that I will certainly use in the near future. I do have a 2000 vette and I know I will be replacing my injectors and a tune. I think with your recommendations my car should be quite safe shooting the 100 dry shot. Thanks again for all your help. I will certainly be going with HSW cause I love the interface.
