Default How to fool microedge?

OK, so I've got everything installed, full HSW wet plat kit, microedge and interface. I got my bottle filled today for the first time and attempted to see if it all worked. I crack the bottle open and all is good-no leaks, I hit the purge and it sprays, I let go and it keeps spraying. I haul *** to the back of the car and shut the bottle off, I take the purge solenoid apart and find I have a metal shaving stuck on the sealing seat of the solenoid. now my purge work, like a charm. I take it out and try to spray, I get nothing, me and my buddy start looking at the bottle pressure and find the heater is working good (very very hot) and the bottle is almost to 900psi. then the safty disc blows right in my buddys hand!!! The guy that filled my bottle today put a new disk and fitting on there so I could run a blow down tube. Could he have screwed the disk up? or is just dumb luck and I got a bad disk? Anyway, trackday is tomarrow and really wanted to use this, but now im cant figure out how to make sure its all working because my only means of testing are sitting in my garage with no juice, how can I set the microedge and interface to think everything is ok to spray so I can check my solenoid operation? You guys got any ideas? sorry for the long post, but Im desperate here and I really want to give this a go tomorrow.

It sounds like the rupture disc could have been over-torqued. No way it should blow at that low of a psi. Did the fitting look marred from someone messing with it?

Set the RPM window on the first stage to 0. Make sure that there aren't any delays set or any gear lock outs and turn off the lean shutdown. Turn the key to the on position, arm the system and push the gas pedal down. The system should activate. If not verify that the microedge is displaying spray on the window. If you have the bottle closed when verifying the system, do not keep the system armed for too long without nitrous flowing through it. If the bottle is opened, either disconnect the outlet line and secure it to the car and stand clear or DO NOT start the car until the nitrous has had enough time to clear the motor.

If you have any issues feel free to jump over to harrisspeedworks.com/support and fill out a ticket. We are usually around on the weekend answering any questions up there. Thanks!

Hit me up if you have any questions, but do you have your old fitting with a blowout disc in it?

Thanks anyway, but I actually just found my problem... kind of. I must have unintentionally changed a setting in the microedge somewhere that wasnt allowing it to output the ground signal to activate the solenoid relays. I reset all all the settings to factory default and what do you know... It works
as for the burst disk, I cant find my old fitting, I think I left it at the speedshop Hopefully I can bum one off someone at the track tomorrow and give it another go.
