For those curious of the engine specs:
- LSX block, special machining done by Thomson Automotive, large bore
- Callies Magnum crank, 4.00 stroke
- GRP aluminum rods, special length
- Diamond Pistons, with custom ring packs, options and such
- Bushed lifter bores for a .904 dia lifter (stock is .842)
- Comp lifters
- ARE 4 stage drysump
- All bearings teflon coated
- Bullet Racing camshaft
- Performance Induction C5R-X heads, 290-300 cc intake runners, all valves titanium, PSI springs, Xceldyne Titanium retainers and titanium locks
- Jesel shaft rockers
- Smith Brothers 7/16 .165 wall pushrods (intake), 1/2" .200 wall (exhaust) pushrods.
- Performance induction LX cast intake, with Wilson 2000 cfm 4bbl TB
- Nitro Daves Direct Port
Also switched over to a Coan Big Dog glide, and a converter from Lenny @ Ultimate Converter Concepts.
Should be a fun year I think

wow, no expence spared on this build. looking good!!!
i ran grp rods last year and will be again this year, i had to touch up the block as well, and on a few of the rod bolts i was still real close, so i gave them a little bevled edge to make the swing. i also used the coated bearings, and when i took them out. wow, what a nice set up.
makes me want to start working on mine. lol
