Nitrous Relay Info Plz

I am going to install my HSW Nitrous kit this weekend and was reading the instructions on the Micro tuner. It said I have to use a relay and can not connect the tuner directly to the solenoid. Can I get that relay at napa or some auto store like that and if so does any one know the part number or the pole or throws of the relay.

Does it say what kind of relay? If it's a regular 5 pin, it'll look like this

If so just go there and ask for a "square 5 pin relay"

Use the relay that comes with the nitrous kit.
