Default Spark Plugs

Im going to be upping the shot Im running and I'm wondering if you guys think its work changing my plugs or not.

Static Compression ratio is around 10:1 and Dynamic is around 8:1 (i know...)

Car runs on 101 Sunoco Unleaded

Im currently running the Autolite 103's with good results at current power levels. Car makes a little over 400 whp on motor and Im looking at running close to 200 hp on bottle.

Do you think I should change the plugs out to the AR94's?

I'd also be interested to know what others are running for plugs and if there are any that should be avoided

NGK's are easier to read and a little safer than the Autolites.

I'd start with an 8 or 9 heat range.

I do not use alot of the autolight plugs on the LS series. I have used them in the past on other engines though. We use NGK on the LS series and for a 200 shot the best plug would probably be an number 8 plug. I use the BR7ef on the street cars we tune on a 2oo where the drivabilty is a huge factor. We are just really concervative on the timming.

Thanks for the info guys! Im not running a whole lot of timing as it is so I will probably go to the 8 NGKs to start.

Going out to the track on Saturday.
I picked up the NGK 7317's and im going to install them tomorrow. Just curious what gap and how much timing you guys would recommend pulling.
Im going to be running a .067 n2o jet and I have .038-.040 for the fuel jets.
i was thinking of gapping them at like .031 and pulling 4* from what im running on the current setup to start.
I'm thinking it will be right around a 190 crank hp shot, but please correct me if I'm wrong.
Also, Im pulling fuel from the fuel rail currently, which I know isnt the preferred way of doing it, and running 255 pump, am I to the point where Im going to be running out of fuel?
