Default Blow down tube install question

Hey guys nitrous newbie here and what I can only guess will be a dumb question. I have a Zex bottle from kit 82026 and the blowdown kit 82099. My only question is that there is a lil bronze/ copper colored disc in the kit and of course no instructions. Does that go between the valve and the bottle ? It wont fit unless I trim it down, do I even have to use it at all? Thanks for the help guys!

Just for anyone searching, yes the rupture disc goes between the bottle valve and the exhaust fitting. Don't swap the fittings if there is pressure in the bottle and don't over tighten the fitting as it could distort the rupture disc.

Actually the type of Blow off fitting this guy needs has the disc made into the fitting. So its as simple as remove the old cap and torque the new one on at 5 ft lbs.
