Default Stand Alone Fuel System Necessary?

Hey all,

First of all I realize that I wouldn't be hurting anything by installling this and only adding extra insurance and safety but how many of you out there are running a stand alone fuel system for the nitrous? I will be spraying a 150 wet shot on top of a head/cam/stock block car. I only run 93 octane. I was just wondering if the stand alone fuel system was a little bit of overkill for the 100-150 shot or not.

Thanks.

In my opinion yes it is slightly over kill. Unless you're having issues with your current system keeping up. You can keep pulling heat and timing to keep the motor happy at those levels. Obviously if you did add it then you can start pushing timing back into the motor.

I would do it. Just little insurance. I run the nitrous outlet dedicated and run 116 fuel in it and 94 octane in the tank.
