Here's one I did. what is nice about setting them up this way, is the fact that two quick pins and the entire system is out and both ready to refill.

Very nice idea. I like. What i would do to further enhance the entrie system would be to make the brkts angle, or be 90 degrees with the bottles. Just machining the tie holes at the proper angle would be all that is needed. I hope this makes sense, lol.

Not sure exactly what you meant? Are you referring to the bottles being on an angle? If so, the bottles are on a 15 degree angle. I'm not sure you can tell in the pictures, but the holes that accept the bottles are cut through the aluminum with a 15 degree chamfer and the front and rear brackets are different heights to maintain the ideal 15 degree angle. Is that what you were referring to?

What i was trying to say was to have the brackets follow the bottles, and thus a 90 degree cut. Then the base could be chamfered at the 15degrees? just a suggestion, IIRC, most on the market do it this way? The last pic in my post shows the bottle brkt mounted this way. Whether or not it will make yours look tricker is debatable at this point. Still, all in all a great job, I do like it. how do you plan on securing it down? have you seen my bottle install write up for the Vettes?

I havent seen your write up, but would love too. can you send me a link?

My original design was exactly as you described with an angled mount, but after seeing it in cad I thought this way looked better. This bracket gets bolted to an alumimum plate which then mouts anywhere. It's just not together yet for time reasons. As soon as its together I'll post some more photos. It looks pretty serious when its all together...

Best looking solution I've seen.

Yeah the 15lb bottle with the 4500psi kit looks way better together then the 10lb bottle with the 3000psi kit like I have. Still not really sure why the 3000 bottle is bigger then the 4500??

You know that there is some special concerns mounting to the vette deck? Sent you the info via e-mail on my personal site, which I can't post here cause I am not a sponsor (someone lied and told them I was back dooring, lol).

Different construction/materials and thus different ratings. The 4500psi units weigh half as much and can hold extra psi.

Here are some new photo's of my Nano/n2o bracket installed in my car... I have a fire suppression system install in the small trunk space below the bracket. On top of the fire suppression we have two heavy gauge aluminum angle brackets tied to each side of the frame rail directly below the cargo area cover. These angle brackets have nuts fastened to them which accepts the bolts of the Nano/n2o bracket. You will notice the four bolts on the mounting plates directly below the tanks. It appears that the bracket is only mounted to the cargo cover, but it mounts through the cover to the heavy angle which is mounted to the frame rails. It’s strong with a nice clean look…
