need nos sticker on bottle?

so i want to paint my bottle but im not sure if the sticker is required on it since it has the safety label and it states that it is in fact a nitrous bottle not sure how picky people are when it comes to filling bottles up. so do you need it or no?

thats a link to get a new sticker. I have a sticker already just trying to figure out if its required I do not want to remove it if it is before I paint it

I've seen alot of airbrushed bottles with no stickers.

Iv been told that its not required since the number and letters stamped into the top of the bottle designate what it is and its ratings

Mines painted too. I know more than a few people with painted bottles, and no issues.
