Also the other problem I am having is:
Off one port I have the FPSS then to the fuel solenoid.
The other port I have a mechanical gauge and an electric sender (auto meter)
with a gauge in car. There is a differance in preasures between them. the mechanical gauge shows 10psi and the other shows 13psi???
which one do i believe.

What I would do is setup the system so it isn't going to the solenoid. Just have the stand alone going into a gas can so that you get constant flow going through the system and no just to the noid and dead heading. Make sure you don't suck the pump dry.
