Default Dry shot experts.. Please help..

I have a nos set up with the Harris speed works micro edge, and the interface with bottle warmer. The car is a C6Z with a forged bottom end and 60lb injectors.

The last bottle I put in the car seemed to have no effect when i hit the button. I thought it was the interface getting too hot under the hood. I started trouble shooting there. Everything seems to be connected right. The green LED's light up and so on. Bottle pressure was at 950 in a 15lb bottle.
I have a Vararam intake with the spray Nozzle set back about 6 inches from the MAF.. But if I understand correctly, That should not matter because I have the interface for extra fueling, so I'm actually not using the maf..

What's puzzling is that is was working fine and then I feel nothing so I thought the nos wasn't spraying out. I disconnected the line to the jet and held it while a buddy hit the throttle a few times and it does spray.. But I noticed the spray didn't look cloudy. It was like compressed air coming out...invisible

There surely had a few lbs left in it?? Could I have had a bad fill up?? Has anyone had this before??

But when spraying (the air, or diluted NOS) why didn't the car bog from all the fuel the interface should be telling the injectors to dump??

Im a little new with the nos, but have some knowledge...
When I first had the kit installed it was a 100 pill and it felt great. Since this happend I put the 150 pill in and you can barely feel anything at all.. Can I be harming anything.. The engine feels great NA, but I'm missing that hit.

Previously, a few bottles ago.. I had the interface set to 100 shot and put the 150 pill in not realizing I had to change the setting and the car felt amazing. Has anyone played with these settings without matching the size shot??

I know I asked alot of questions... Any input would be helpful.. I will refill the bottle tomorrow and let you guys know what happened. For now if anyone wants to chime in..

bleed the lines, probably lots of air stuck in the lines, thats what happened to me, it shot a bunch of air first then started fogging

Its not uncommon for a company to either accidently or unknowingly fill a bottle with nothing but air. I have seen it happen more times then you would think.

Did they use a pump to fill or did they freeze your bottle and just to a fill like that?

Not sure of there method of filling the bottle. I do know that they freeze the bottle.
I tried my buddies bottle this morning. It wasnt a full bottle but I warmed it up and tried it again. Nothing happens when I hit the button. Not even a little jolt. Could it be the interface is not adding the extra fuel??

Even on a light bottle I should feel something right?

Thanks, I opened up a ticket. Tomorrow I will refill the bottle and begin trouble shooting. I hope you can give me suggestions. I think it's a fuel problem.

first of all are you using a wideband afr gauge when making adjustments to the interface???
or a dyno??

the interfaces are known for adding more fuel then necessary so if you have 150 pills and set the interface to 150 than more then likely you have way to much fuel, a 135 setting would probably be better but you need a wideband so you can get afr in good range without blowing it up

One quick question...Do you have a fuel pressure safety switch? When I first installed mine, that damn thing gave me crazy trouble. I bypassed it after countless adjustments and BAM! I don't care what you are running. You will feel the juice when it hits. If you don't feel it, it ain't working. Good luck!!

if you have way too much fuel it wont feel like its hitting and even in some cases it will be slower
get a wideband or a dynotune
200 - 400 dollars for one of these(preferably both) is a lot better than 2-3k for a new motor

It rained all week here and I just picked up my bottle. It's full! I will adjust the interface back to a 100 shot and change the pill. If nothing happens and when I hit the "EASY BUTTON"..... I dont think a small shot like a 100 on a fully built forged motor will have a problem even if I'm lean. But If it was lean wouldnt I feel something??? It was working fine a few weeks ago any nothing has been changed. The tune is still the same tune.

Even if I didnt use the interface wouldnt the Maf automatically compensate?/

Thanks, I will trouble shoot a bit more and give a report back..
Ps Matt from HSW has sent me a a few emails to help.. I just havent had the weather to check on a few things?

Thanks for all the responses. This forum knows spray!
