I have the HSW single nozzle kit with HSW purge and a Nitrous Outlet dual digital window switch. For some reason its not working. The purge is working fine but the kit will not spray.

When installing, the actuator (little clicker) from the WOT switch came apart. I popped it back in and it seems to be fine although it does wiggle around a bit. Could this be the problem?


Also for the Dual digital window switch,

I have the tach wire attached to the coil pack which i guess runs over to the PCM? What code should be programmed in?? I think the options are 001 or 003 (those being 001 for coil and 003 for pcm)

 

Hey man, long time no see... here are my suggestions as I just set up the same window switch

1. WOT switch.. why use a mechanical one when the Nitrous Outlet digital switch has one built in? It will measure the volts from your TPS sensor and fire off of that. Tap into pin #24 (blue wire) at the red PCM (at least on 2001 models.. 99 might be different not sure).

2. Tach wire I pulled right off of the pcm also. Pin #10 (white wire) on the PCM. The window switch needs to be set on 004 for this setup. Running it directly off of the coil is probably different.. but at least you have another option that works on how to wire it.
