sounds like there is water in the bottle, it was left open in my garage, any ideas how to get it out? does the valve un-screw like a fire extinguisher when it is empty?

 

you should be able to take the valve out. A lot of people will replace bad valves. Don't know what goes into taking it apart or putting it back together other than unscrewing and rescrewing. might need some sort of loc tight when putting it back in.
