Default Stuck silnoid

So my buddy just got some good ol' juice and we put it on his truck. He used it once and then next time he went to go use it open the bottle and the nitrous silnoid is stuck open. He just can open his bottle and it starts spraying into the intake like the silnoid won't close. So question being how do you a. either clean the silnoid to make it work, or b. what do you replace ? And who has done this before ? ? And cost of rebuilding vs, new silnoid ? oh and its a eldabrock efi kit

There is probably some debris under the plunger.

Pull the nut from the top, remove the body from the noid, use a set of snap ring pliers and remove the post to expose the teflon plunger. More than likely you will find some junk on the white teflon plunger.

Clean it off, put it all back together, and it should work like a champ.

A filter is always a good idea to have, but my guess would be that it's a small piecex of aluminum from the fittings worked it's way in there.
