Default Will a 7 be cold enough?

I am planning on ordering my Nitro Daves plate kit tomorrow along with some other accessories and spark plugs. I plan on starting at a 150 shot. I am running a 413 cid LS2 that has 11.1:1 CR. I was thinking that an NGK with a heat range of 7 would be cold enough, but do you think I should go colder?

7 should be fine. it worked on my 11.5:1 motor on a 200 shot. on a dyno anyways i never sprayed it on the track with the 7's. i know that could def change things.
