So I am about ready to start putting the motor together and need to figure out what plugs to use.

The motor is a TFS Headed 383 and will be seeing a 150 - 200 shot on it by next spring.

I was thinking the TR8's but didn't know for sure. Also, I will be driving on these for awhile with no spray. Will that be ok?

 

9's on the motor and 150 or less 10's on more. get the tune right and you might be able to move down but i bet it does not help so you will stay with the colder plug.

 

I'm running NGK 8's on mine (12:1 SCR) both n/a and 200 shot. Runs the same mph N/A with TR6's and the 8's, they've seen 1000 street miles and are just fine.
