plate vs. nozzle

plate vs. nozzle is a plate anymore safer than a nozzle kit? My car is H/C/I and with a 4400 stall,and only plan on a 100shot(cuz of stall)...Dave is having sale and the brand x nozzle is dirt cheap..To be honest I like the plate(specific 98-02) but the brand x nozzle is soooo cheap to pass up..So if you can gimme your thoughts on the brand x on a 100 shot let me know..Oh before monday please lol!!
