Just wanted to say thanks to you guys for taking the time to help my wife out in ordering my Christmas(early) present. She said that you all were the nicest and most helpful retailers that she's ever dealt with.

Short story for you all. I told the wife I wanted a purge kit to go along with my Brand X kit I bought earlier in the year. She had no idea what system I had, but when she mentioned that I was a member here on Tech, they took the time to search my screen name just so they could get her the right parts. That right there is customer service folks.

I can't thank you guys enough! Its nice to know there are still good business folks out there.
