please excuse me for not having a clue on this subject but ide like to learn.
i was looking at a dynotune nitrous wet kit on ebay for $379
what else would everyone recomend. i know i will need to get it tuned. but is there any other things i will need?

It's not a simple answer. What are your goals? What size shot are u wanting to spray? How much money u willing to spend? Just to state a few factors. Answer these questions then give Dave a call at nitrous outlet. But u looking at new plugs, timing retard, throttle switch, rpm window switch, bottle heater, etc. Just for the kit. Engine and drivetrain upgrades dependant on answers to above questions. Good luck.
