chassis cert isnt an issue. He doesnt even have a roll bar. 2 of the 3 local tracks let him run no questions asked. IMO I dont think his car was as fast as he says, just telling you what he said.

That means, that he's just stupid. Period. Nothing I HATE more then some idiot showing up at a track, making a pass and seeing a single digit time pop up then see him get kicked because he has no lic, no asafety stuff at all.

It's guys that do stupid stuff like that and get hurt that gives drag racing a bad rep.

I know and totally agree. I told him he has to get a cage for safety and hes not fooling anyone into thinking his car is slow anyways. He agreed with me.
I cant beleive the tracks let him get away with it. They know him and his car. They just dont care.

Its a 9 sec car for sure my buddy beat him and we know what we run

IT is a ls1 car he has not a lt1 car!!!! like I said he runs 9s for sure but he is no buddy of mine. That guy to me is a POS!

his old car was a LT1, his SS def is a LS1 I saw the motor out of the car.

Motor was out of the car? Then yeah I highly doubt it's a stock shortblock.

Probably more like a stock ls1 block that was resleeved and stroked to a 427. "it's a stock shortblock" LOL. I've heard that more then once.

The regulator should be set for the fuel pressure, not by the pump. You don't have to have a return, if you put one on it will help relieve the head pressure, but again, it's not needed. Holley regulator, that's all you need the one that's like 40 bucks. That's about the best Nos fuel pressure regulator you can get, thigns' cheap and recovers from a pressure change faster then anything else out there, hence why every big nitrous car you see with multiple kits has those things all in a line, one for every kit.

In defense of Mario at least he races unlike some people in Chicago who just **** ride other people cars and talk smack over the internet but yet NEVER actually race!
As far as what motor he has and claim as "the fastest stock block ls1" thats another topic.

He definitly races and the car is fast no doubt. Marios also a pretty cool guy from what I know in person.

Kool, some other people though are PURE JOKES...They post here and on chitown talking so much **** but when it comes to racing they're no where to be found. I don't know you but I have heard about you and your car, hope everything works out for you at the LT1 shootout.

There are only a FEW guys on Chitown that are fast and who participate in street activity/track and Mario is one of them. The other 90% are full of ****.
