Help Blake to walk again in 2010!
Thanks for the responses. Sorry I am just now getting my way back to the forum. We have been slamed here at the shop.
For those asking you should have your alumimnum nitrous bottles recertified every 5 years and people with carbon fiber bottles should be every 2 years. I would suggest calling around your town to the local welding supply companies or fire alarm companies to see who does it.
Here in waco we have a company that recertified fire extenguishers and other types of bottles such as a nitrous bottle for about 35.00.
For those asking about an event. We are working on trying to figure it out. With the economy the way it is many tracks are struggling to keep there gates open right now and the thought of a night not making profits make them kringe which is understandable. We are trying to figure out a way of pulling this off that will work for everyone.

I always hate it when you watch a show like Pinks or something like that & they show people at the track using a torch, all that does is make newbies to the sport think that since they saw it on TV that it's OK. In 15 years of using nitrous I've never used a torch, 2 times I've had rupture discs go off while filling other peoples bottles, that's enough to scare the crap out of you.
to be recertified ? Hang in there Blake
I wish I had enough money to make it betteras well
