Yes TR6's are out of the question if thats what you are asking. You would want to get br6ef which is a non-projected plug. If you go up on the hit you are going to need a colder plug than that. Hope this helps.

If all you want is a 200, a direct port is overkill unless you are made of money. The plate will do perfectly fine.

Anyone who starts off wanting a 200 shot will want more.

Most aren't stupid or ballsy enough to shoot over 200 on a stock shortblock.

But we are!

For my it is just overdoing it. Ofcourse my opinion and some wont agree. There are tons of pluses with the dp no doubt about it. Just not worth it for me for that 200 range. Idk prolly doesnt make sense to most but does in my head. lol.

My car is coming around, its apart right now getting the 10 point done and getting some weight taken off of it. Shooting for the 9.50 range next time out.

Yea i know the plate system will work and can be tuned but after this motor blows or get tired i will be going with something on alot of spray. so it would be cool to just remove a system for one motor and bolt it on the other motor.

And cant wait to see you get that 9.50 slip

See I guess the way im thinking about it is, If I do blow up this motor and build and new one, I would never put a FAST on it, so its not like I could transfer it over again another point for my why I wouldnt run one in my setup. But everyone has different goals and thoughts so shoot for the stars.

My next will prolly just be a plate on top of a super vic for class rules, but when I make huge money ill be going with the FAST computer and a couple stages of dry direct port, atv prolly loves this. lol

You will love it and wonder why you didnt do it sooner just like we did.

It would have been the 1st thing I bought for the car if I had it to do over. lol

It really just is so much easier to do it this way if you have the money. The reason I don't run dry now is because I don't like the stock PCM so I'll just use wet and jets. No big deal. But with the fast it is stupid not to run dry.

Can't wait til that day comes.

member we are talking about the FAST xfi standalone computer and harness stuff, no the FAST intake, just wanted to clear that up.

and yes it will work fine, but like wayne(atv) says there are some perks in the xfi system that allows you to run dry rather easily.
