Default Mixing E85 and C16... how to tune?

14:1 compression lt1 making about 500 rwhp running a -8 plug on E85. Plan on hitting it with a 150-175 shot from a nozzle and probably switching to a -9 plug... Anybody on here ever ran c16 in a standalone with e85? I would rather run e98 but I don't think I can get that here in so cal. I don't really trust e85 at that compression and cylinder pressure... What would be a good jetting to start with on say a .063 nitrous jet and 6psi in the standalone? How would I read the plugs?
