Update on junk yard dawg!!!!
getting close. im waiting on the heads from TEA and a fly wheel. everything else is all set. once the heads come in i will be checking p to v clearance, button it up and toss it in the car. flywheel here tomorrow so once thats done i can put the tranny in as well and messure for drive shaft.
getting close, but so far. i hate waiting for parts.
have my buddys car apart in my other bay. had a little miss shift and killed a couple push rods and kissed 6 pistions and screwed up his valve job.
she is apart now.
Here is his car. i hate stock cars. to much **** in the way. lol

no, its cheap. the only new stuff i bought was rod bolts and the cam.
i had the head studs from an old motor so i will reuse them, everything else is parts off my old lsx or parts i had laying around.
the flywheel is new as well, only cuz i cant find my old one.
im into this thing for around $2,000 total and thats with fly wheel. i sold 99% of the stock parts off the motor and made 85% of my money back.
budget junk yard build.
