"What to expect from a 100 shot?" A pretty nice shot in the rear!
From an ET standpoint it depends on where you're starting.....
If you're running an 8.0 you could expect to gain a heck of a lot more than a car running 6.5's. From your signature, it looks like you're already in the 6.8 range. If you're able to spray in 1st gear and can put it all to the pavement, ripping a 6.5 doesn't seem out of reach.

in 1/4 mile 100 shot on say a 12 sec car would put it bottom 11's with the right driver, tires etc. so 1/8 mile i would think 3-4 tenths is a good gain
my car was running 5.9's on motor and it was probably around the 650-700 rwhp range. on spray with 200 or 250 (i forget now) it went 5.4x one run and 5.5x the others
