how often do you change your plugs?

how often do you change your plugs? I have a cam only ls1 with a 150 shot using NGK tr6 plugs. the car is a street car but only sees about 3,000 miles during the summer. The car will be getting sprayed maybe 5 passes a month. just curious on your guys opinions on how often to throw a new set in.
