new to nitrous... so this may be a dumb question
new to nitrous... so this may be a dumb question how much can a stock ls6 block take. i am in the process of gathering all my parts. so far i will have lg longtubes and a vararam intake and plan on spraying a 150 direct port by nitrous outlet. i would really like to put a cam in the car also. so my question is right now the average they have been getting out of the kit i am putting on is 150hp and 240+ tq. I don't want to put a cam in my car and then spray the 150 to it and pass the limits of the stock block and blow it up.
any thoughts on my dumb question

575-600+ is starting to push it. If you do decide to put a cam in it, jus' lower the jet shots if you'll feel more comfortable about it. Realistically, I'd count on a 150/200 boost in HP/TQ from a 150 shot. Jus' don't want you to get your hopes up!
i am not, that is what my research has generally come up with. as long as they are both in the 500's i will be happy
