Default nitrous on stock internals

I have a full bolt on 98 ss camaro and have run a best of 12.007 with a 1.60 60ft. It has a built tranny with a 4000 stall and 3.73 gears. weighs 3150 with me in it. Ok i have a lsx nitrous kit and i want to know what else i need to run my kit safely. it will be a 100 shot. And what e/t improvement do you think i will get from a 100 shot. Could it go 10s. I have alot more potential to run faster N/A the car wouldnt shift on time and there was a 20mph headwind.

Things you should look into getting

Fuel pump upgrade
NGK BR7EF's ( Stock # 3346 )
FPSS - Fuel Pressure Safety Switch
Window Switch
Bottle heater

a 100hp shot should get you newhere from 1/2 a second to 3/4 of a second drop in et.

What kind of power are you making N/A? Wet or dry?

Colder plugs are a must. Should also upgrade the fuel pump. As for safety mechanisms, there are a bunch of electronic options, however a WOT switch coupled with a window switch is an effective setup. I went with the FJO Mini controller to get both of those and a progressive ramp rate on the shot to assist with traction.
