Nitrous outlet nitrous rails

Nitrous outlet nitrous rails I want to get these rails
Nitrous Outlet Injection Rail Upgrade for 4 Solenoid Direct Port

I have a few questions about them.
1. It says they are no drilled. Does that mean just the part for the NPT fitting for the nitrous lines? Or does the The whole thing have to be drilled?
2. Can I use a T fitting and run 1 fuel and 1 nitrous solenoid for both rails? Or would that not work very well?
I have 2 nos solenoids (the big cheater ones) right now that are brand new I was running with a cross bar plate. But thta set-up didnt look clean.
I have the brand X nozzles that I plumed into my intake this past weekend. Here is a pic of what i'm working with.

1. The rails dont come drilled nor machined you will have to drill/ tap them for the fittings that they come with. They come pre drilled down the middle.
