I picked up a decent 50# capacity postage scale off eBay for $30 shipped. Seems to work great for this use.

your guys prices are all over the place. local guy here charges $4.00 /lb tax included. and if you buy his kit ( he sells for nitro dave) you get $.50 off per pound per fill and if he installs it you get another $.50 off. so it is like $3.00 when your done. but the coolest part is that when you buy the kit form him. it comes with 2 free fills. lol.

Yea your actually doing more harm than good by fillling a 10lb. bottle more than 10lbs. Going beyond 10lbs will decrease potential bottle pressure because there is less gas volume in the bottle to create the bottles pressure. It would be under pressured until you get back down to 10lbs.

On a side note, I filled mine today from empty for 3.50/lb.

It must be nice to find $3.00/lb N2O! Just filled a 10# bottle yesterday and it hit me for $47. In the scheme of things, it's still worth it! HAHA!

I dont agree with that ! Unless im misunderstanding what your saying, but i dont think so.I fill bottles and it seems if you go over 10lbs it keeps higher bottle pressure, sometimes good sometimes sometimes bad,i never go over 12lbs,usually about 11lbs,12lbs seems to stay to high of constant pressure especially in summer.

There was no extra charge for this either.( $31.84 with tax for a fill up.)
