are you sure the bottle is full? No leaks. How can the plugs look good if its so rich?

How do you know its rich?

That jetting sounds lean to me.

Any Pics of the plugs that "look plenty good" ?

air fuel is like 11.5 and popping on nitrous, plugs look good as far as timing, but don't look rich on the plugs. Air fuel says different. br7ef plug .30 gapped, bottle is full i'm positive had it filled between rounds at pinks.

the 24f sounds like a really small jet. I had to up mine from a 35 to a 38fuel. to get it to richen up enough.

You have something wrong somewhere...
With that jetting you should be extremely lean. If its honestly not lean you need to start with checking for a flow restriction on the nitrous side. Doing a flow consuption test would be the fastest way to do so.

I would also take the bottle and crack the valve open for a brief secnd into the air and varify the discharge is a large white solid cloud.

Check these two things forst and then go from there. Do not continue to spray the car until you know for a fact you have found and fixed the issue.

What is the consuption test ? And yes the bottle is full and sprays out white cloud . And main nitrous line holds pressure.

you may have trash in your solenoid. do you have a nitrous filter before the solenoid?

Get a filter....

To do this test you will need a full bottle, stop watch and a digital scale. This test will require spraying the nitrous through the system. We suggest running the nitrous solenoid wires to the battery posistive and negative. If you have the ability to flow it into the air through the nozzle or plate that is best. If you have to flow it into the engine make sure coils are unpluged. After the test with coild unpluged turn over the engine with the throttle body open and circulate the niotrous through the engine and out the exhaust. Then let sit for alitte bit.

1. Hook the main feedline to the bottle.
2. Purge all the air out of the main feed line.
3. set the bottle on the scale. (making sure the main feed line is not afecting the weight)
4. Write down what it weighs.
5. Do a 10 second blast using the stop watch.
6. With out unhooking anything see what the bottle weighs.

You should burn .8lbs per every 10 second per 100 hp.
With the 62 jet you shoul burn about 1.2 lbs

Do that and then let me know what your results are.

sounds like its lean backfiring and your wideband is garbage. just a guess since you did not post plug pics.

first id check to make sure my wideband is accurate, second id cehck all of your plugs again.

I had a hairline crack in the porcelain of one of my TR6s and it was popping and breaking up on the dyno. Plugs themselves looked fine but that tiny crack caused it to break up. Replaced them and the problem was gone.

How do you check to make sure a wideband is correct and on its number ?? And plugs are new just put them in. And it was reading rich on wideband. .
