Default Question about low pressure fuel systems

While my car's sans transmission, I'm taking the opportunity to switch my standalone system and gauges over to low pressure. I know one of the advantages mentioned was the ability to fine tune the AFR without changing jets (assuming you're pretty close to start with). But I'm wondering, other than spending the next 2 years reinventing the wheel, is there an easier way to find out how much to tweak the pressure based on how much I need the AFR to change?
