Default Suggestions before the new bullit goes in..

This is the last time I am going to the track with the Forged 347 that is in the truck.

Well, looks like my wideband just took a ******* ****. I know the motor should be more or less dead on. The first stage should be fairly close, but the second stage is untested.

Last time tested was with a 57n/28f at 900psi and was about 10.3-10.4 afr on the first stage. It now has a 57n / 24f for the 100 hit first stage and the bottle is full and warm with no heater at 1150. If I can't get it down to 900-950, I'll probably throw the 28f back in it and let it rip.

I'm thinking for the second stage, use the same spread or as close as I can to it. Dual 52n / dual 22f.. According to NX's info the 2nd stage should be roughly a 200 hit.

Any suggestions?

I would not do a 2nd stage unless you have a wideband going or someone to log it while you make the runs.
If you decided to I used to run a 2 stage NX kit 2 years back. I had the NX iceman noids with shark nozzles. I had to jet the fuel side down on the 2nd stage to make the AF correct it would go super rich when the 2nd stage kicked in.
Any time you are using 2 stages you have to tweak the fuel or go up a nitrous jet. Really needs to be logged.
Best of luck let me know how it works out

If you are running 10.3 - 10.4 on the first stage, you are already way too rich... Contrary to what some preach, richer is not safer... too rich will lift ring lands in a hurry. Wideband readings are helpful data, but you really have to use plug readings to tune by...

You need to pull a bunch of fuel... I'm curious how much timing it has in it too... If it runs good that rich I'd be willing to bet you'll have to pull a bunch of timing when you pull out the fuel.

You need some way to ensure that both kits are set up and tuned properly. Put in another wideband and buy a bunch of plugs... Get both kits tuned properly on their won and then work on them combined.

Remember... Data is the single most important thing you need when running a car... The more sets of data points the better. Don't go anything without getting data to make informed tuning decisions.

Get the plugs reading right on 1 kit first, then if you throw another at it at least you know it's right on the first.

2nd kit's gonna need additional timing pulled (as power level's up) and every cer I've ever seen with 2 stages, 99.9% of the time needs the 2nd kit jetted leaner then the first is. If, you run 2 feed lines and 2 bottles it's not as bad... but if you're running a single bottle, it will 100% sor sure need less fuel on the 2nd stage.

Read plugs.... that wideband will only tell you so much. Plugs don't lie.
