MSD Window Switch Modification ??
MSD Window Switch Modification ?? I recently received an MSD window switch and an MSD shift light. I have read on this forum that the window switch (and i assume the shift light) must both be modified to be able to work with the LS1 ignition system. To my knowledge MSD will charge $35 per item to "modify" them to work. I had also read that the modification is to simply set up the device to work as if it was installed on a 4 cylinder car, although some have complained that even after cutting the two loops the switch still would not work. If anyone can shed some light on the subject or perhaps direct me to some sort of modification instructions it would be much appreciated, i wouldn't mind saving the $70 + shipping costs if possible.
