Cost, the custom OS is extra I believe.

I guess i'll probably just go into my tune and pull 6-9 degrees from 3000 till 6400 and be sure I get it since I get no other feedback.

I thought most just changed a block in the IAT and used a resistor to force it into those cells.

One really cool thing I read in the interface instructions is you can tune the IAT tables to different timing values then select them using the dip switches on the interface. This is going to be great for me because I don't know how to use EFI live of HP tuners.

That way I can adjust the timing myself without having to use a program.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking most were doing. Putting a resistor in with the IAT on a relay and using the software to pull timing when the system activates.

In that case, your best bet for plug-n-play is the harris speed works interface.

I know it just seems like robbery when you can pay 15 dollars for parts and get it done.

Efilive custom OS5 is what you need.
When pin 57 is grounded it activates the timing pull & VE table multiplier for the fuel. You can set it up for a wet shot no worries by leaving the VE multiplier set to 1.
I run up to a 150 dry shot on my old motor, but I know guys that the OS supports over 250.
There is shitloads of info on the Efilive site in the custom operating systems section.
