nitrous question-RPM switch relate Okie dokie here is the problem. I have wired my nitrous system up completely. Every thing works as advertised except the WOT/RPM window switch. Its a NOS brand switch. It fires up when the system is armed and I programed it to be on at 3000 rpm and off at 6000 rpm. I used the falling signal for TPS input and set it to 1.2 volts. Set the cylinders to 8. Now here is the issue it only reads HALF of the rpm the car is actually at. I.E. my car idles at 900 and the WOT switch only reads 450 when you rev it to 3k it reads 1500. Any ideas what could be causing this? I thought that it may be the cylinder settings thinking there are more but I dont know.

I also dont know how to set up the nitrous management unit. It says it need to be put into learn mode but it does not operate without the engine running because I set it up with a relay so that it is impossible for the nitrous to fire without the WOT switch telling the relay to open the NMU. Does it even need to be programmed?
