Default Dry shot question

I am thinking about installing a dry shot on my truck, to go along with the wet shot I already have. I was going to put the nozzle at the end of my air filter and point it toward the MAF. It would be about 7 inchs away from the MAF. Is this enough distance? It would be no more than a 50 and at the most a 75 shot.

7 inches should be more then enough distance. Use truck guys have long intake track to play with. Mine is over two feet. The F-body has only about 7 inches total. If you ad a dry shot to your wet shot what would be your first stage? that is how would you use it?

I am planning on using them both at the same time, but not very often. The only other problem I have is that I have stock 01 vette injectors. With that small of a shot I don't think it will a problem.
