Nitrous And Transbrake Wiring Hookup
Hi I have just brought a NOS cheetah nitrous kit and wanting to hook it up. I also have these following parts to hook up. Also have a msd 7al3 ignition in car. Also are 20amp relays enough and what amp wire would you suggest. Is it possible for you to do me a diagram for all of this setup. I know one thing that with me on the transbrake with foot flat to the floor it would normally activate the micro switch. I know there must be a way around this. Any help would be much appreciated.
Cheers Dean

20 Amp relay is too small.
You need to know the total amp draw of all your solenoids combined to determine the correct relay.
If you install a 5 wire relay inline with your micro switch and nitrous relay, then activate it buy wiring it to your transbrake button, you'll be able to deactivate your nitrous while on the T-Brake.

According to that diagram, NOS is using a 30 AMP fuse.
A 30 amp 5 terminal relay would probably be sufficient.
You should always verify your total amp draw from all solenoids regardless...
FWIW... NOS usually supplies a 5 terminal relay with a 4 wire pigtail with their systems. You just need to add 1 wire to the connector.
